Indian Head massage
A highly relaxing massage of the head, face, neck, shoulders, arms, hands, and fingers. It helps relieve stress, headaches, fatigue, and tension, while promoting tranquility and mental clarity. For my Indian Head massage, you will be comfortably lying on your back.
Hotstone massage
A deeply soothing massage using warm basalt stones that penetrate deep into the muscles. The heat promotes relaxation, reduces stress, and stimulates blood circulation.
TDP/MOXA lamp
Chinese mineral heat therapy that relieves pain, relaxes muscles, and promotes body recovery — ideal for supporting almost any complaint. This therapy is also known as “acupuncture without needles.”
