Appointments can be made via:

  • WhatsApp (preferred)
  • Phone
  • Email
  • Messenger

Please note:

  • During treatments, my phone is on silent, and I cannot answer calls.
  • If you have a foreign (non-Spanish) number, unfortunately, I cannot call you back. Please try again later or send a message via one of the options above.

Important Information

Maximum weight for the treatment chair:

  • My professional treatment chair can support a maximum weight of 130 kg. This is essential to ensure safe and comfortable treatments.
  • If you have any doubts or questions, feel free to contact me. Together, we’ll make sure your treatment meets your needs.

Payments

  • Cash or Bizum immediately after the treatment.
  • Bank transfer: The full amount must be received at least 48 hours before the treatment.
  • Card payments are not available.

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations or changes can be made up to 48 hours in advance.

  • For cancellations within 48 hours, 100% of the treatment fee will be charged.

  • If you are late:

    • Less than 15 minutes: The treatment time will be shortened.
    • More than 15 minutes: The appointment will be canceled, and the full fee will be charged.

  • No-shows: The full cost of the treatment will be charged.

Health Guidelines

Please cancel or reschedule your appointment in case of:

  • Coughing, sore throat, sneezing, or a cold.
  • Loss of smell/taste, shortness of breath, pneumonia, or fever.
  • If you or household members have COVID-19.

Hygiene and Conduct

  • Please take a shower or bath before your appointment. This is pleasant for both you and me.
  • No erotic requests: My treatments are strictly professional.

  • At the beginning of the street, you’ll see a no-entry sign. This does not apply to destination traffic.
  • La Solana Beauty and Health is located in a dead-end street, at the third house on the left.
  • The gate will open automatically when it’s your turn. There’s no need to ring the bell.
  • Parking: On the parking area to the left of the driveway (white gravel).
